If you’re after glamorous luxury this summer, Behiye Hassan DISCOVERS THAT YOU NEED look no further thAn adult only Amare Beach Hotel Marbella

With its central Marbella location, white glossy exterior with full length windows and crisp modern lobby the Amare Beach Hotel radiates luxury from the moment you step inside. Part of the El Fuerte Group, the adult only hotel opened its doors in February 2016.

Their aim was to meet the needs of adults who loved the sea. Therefore, the property is located on the beachfront combining the two concepts that make up its name: love (Amor) and sea (Mar), thought of as both love for the sea and love in the sea.

They’ve clearly met that aim and thanks to its success the brand has just opened their second Amare Beach Hotel in Ibiza.

However, Amare Beach Hotel has more going for it than just it’s location. The 236 rooms are split into five categories; I Was Here, Keep The Secret, Dolce Vita, Make It Happen, Oh La La and Oh La La The One.

Oh La La The One offers guest the ultimate VIP experience. You are personally greeted and escorted to your room when you check in and they have additional room amenities such as extra pillows and a Nespresso coffee maker, not to mention a stunning sea view from your balcony.

The room also includes access to the spa's hydrotherapy circuit once a day and exclusive use of The One Lounge. There is also a special 10 per cent discount card which offers discounts from an incredible selection of restaurants, bars, shops, beach clubs and the El Corte Ingles, the leading department store in Europe.

Each room also has an Instagram lookbook, highlighting the best places around the hotel for you to get your picture-perfect Instagram shots. These include the crystal elephant, the pool and the balcony views.

If you want something more unique for your Instagram feed, then there’s Amare Art. A programme that sees the Amare Beach exhibit work from local artists throughout the hotel on walls and in corridors. Last year’s exhibition included work from Alejandro Hermann and for 2019 Anna Schellberg and Paula Vincenti will both be featured.

Then there’s the Amare Club which aims to offer you the best possible experience and is made up of Amare Beach, Amare Pool and Amare Lounge.

Amare Beach hosts a live DJ ever afternoon and the restaurant serves a great selection of Tapas from midday to both the public and hotel guests. Meanwhile Amare Pool offers guests a waiter service to their loungers along with spa treatments on request. Finally, the Amare Lounge offers dinner with local artists playing live music to guests throughout the night.

Not forgetting the Mare Nostrum restaurant which serves a great selection of food for breakfast along with great views of the sea and pool and the contemporary Belvue Rooftop bar where you can enjoy a range of cocktails along with the stunning 360-degree view of Marbella.

Should you want to venture outside the hotel, Amare’s location serves as a great base to explore Marbella. Guests can hire bikes to cycle along the promenade or just a five-minute walk away is Marbella Old Town which is famous for it’s narrow streets and has a range of interesting shops that sell everything from hand-made jewellery to arts and crafts.

If you want to go even further a field at the end of the promenade, which is roughly a 20-minute cycle from the hotel, you will find Puerto Banus Marina lined with several super yachts. It is also home to a range of designer shops and restaurants. Either way if you’re after a break with glamour and luxury Amare Beach Hotel ticks all the boxes.
