Time is running out to nominate your champion for the Champion of Women Awards 2022
Back after a two year break, the Champion of Women Awards recognise women who have paved the way, demonstrated extraordinary talent and encouragement to peers and the younger generation. From the worlds of television, film, fashion, charity, sport, design, tech, medicine, media and music the Awards will celebrate Champions of other women.
The event was created Jayne Alexander, founder and managing director of The Dovetail Agency, and the first ceremony was held in 2017.
Previous winners include trailblazing football coach Manisha Tailor MBE, Nosh Detox founder and CEO Geeta Sidhu-Robb, MOBO founder Kanya King MBE, tech entrepreneur Addie Pinkster, and Dr Juli Beattie, a child refugee who came to the UK from Hungary, and now runs the charity At The Bus, a school based programme offering art as therapy.
The awards will be presented by Andrea McLean, former co-presenter of ITV’s Loose Women and author of Confessions of a Menopausal Woman, A No.1 Sunday Times best seller. The event will be held on Friday 20 May 2022 at The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane.
